A contemporary civic institution with a deliberate sense of belonging.
The six-level Collectorate brings numerous public departments and citizen services together within a paperless government workplace. Its architecture reinterprets Portuguese-influenced civic character through a symmetrical composition, shaded arcades, a central dome and generous public approaches. The building balances ceremonial presence with legible day-to-day movement, connecting Goa's architectural memory to the needs of a contemporary public institution.
