Pearl City imagines each urban district as a ring-shaped cluster: distinct in programme, yet connected through a continuous network of landscape and public space. Facilities are grouped according to functional relationships while green systems flow organically through the built environment. The master plan uses the pearl as both an organising geometry and a cultural point of reference.
