Won through a design competition , the prestigious project of the District headquarters of South Goa Collectorate, Margao is spread over 8 acres of land , covering an area of nearly 4,00,000 sq.ft.across 6 floors. The building has been designed in a Portuguese character in keeping with the local architecture, with sloping tiled roofs, arched colonnades, large porticos, deep verandahs, traditional yellow and white façade and grand, elevated entrances.
I.T. Park, Nagpur is spread over an area of 54 acres. The site has a natural gradient which has been used to advantage for creating below grade parkings. Office blocks of varying heights run the length of the site, with the central landscape flowing uninterrupted under the office blocks. The stilt levels accommodate the ‘social infrastructure,’ namely eateries, banks and ATMs, health club, indoor and outdoor sports as well as fine-dining. Multi-level car parks have been provided as well.
The corporate office is an extension of the manufacturing unit, yet it stands out in its character and appeal. Located in a sprawling plot of land, the landscaped greens and open expanse around the building, lend it a grand feel. Appearing rested on the ground, the building is an easy to maintain structure with a straight-line, contemporary form.
Creating an iconic form to make a bold statement was the brief received, based on which this design was evolved. Unique in form and character, this architectural marvel will have a luxury hotel, high-street shopping and serviced apartments with offices. Sky decks with pools is the USP of the design.
Prominently located on the NH-8 (Delhi – Jaipur Highway), Legend Towers boasts of a high visual prominence and grandeur. Towering tall, these twin-towers, will house exclusive office space with state-of-the-art facilities. A double storeyed retail development forms the podium for the facility, offering the best of brands and a comfortable shopping experience.
Corporate Headquarters for a renowned business house was to be designed, to represent the corporate image of the company. An imposing, yet dignified appeal was required so that the visual character of the built form came across as a seat of power. Accentuated as well as subtle light effects were used to create different moods. A welcoming podium with large reception lobbies, was topped with executive floors and senior management offices at the roof top level for awesome views.
