Through the ages Dubai has been known for pearl diving and taking a cue from its rich history, the concept for 100 acre land parcel to be developed as a Sports and Aquatic Academy with support residential and hospitality infrastructure, was based on this storyline.

The academy was shaped like a semi – open Oyster while villas spread around the Golf Course were like pearls in a string.
