Won in a design competition , the prestigious project of the District headquarters of the Salcette Taluka , south Goa , is spread over 8 acres of land , covering an area of nearly 3,50,000 sq.ft.on five floors.

Meticulously designed , keeping the function of each facility in mind ,  segregation of public and staff movement , yet allowing for a smooth functioning of work at all levels , was a challenging task…..

The building has been designed in a Portuguese character  in keeping with the local architecture  , with sloping tiled roofs , arched colonnades , large porticos , deep verandahs, traditional yellow and white façade and grand, elevated entrances….
