Spread over 75 acres of land along the Brisbane-Gold coast Highway, designing the layout was a great challenge. Natural slope in the site enabled amble visibility from the highway and the same was used to advantage for locating the water slides and rafting.

Ingress and egress points as well as locating the parking was a major traffic management exercise.

The site has a natural creek with varied species of flora and fauna, all of which were to be preserved and left undisturbed.

The park components include Amusement & Water Park with the state-of-the-art rides & slides, Snow park with an indoor ski-tube, sledging and tobogganing, White Water Rafting as well as a City Walk with retail facilities and food courts offering global cuisine.

A resort with private cottages and Turkish Baths support the facilities.
